ISG acquires OCM Business Change 4 Growth

In the United States, technology research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has acquired organizational change management (OCM) firm Change 4 Growth, for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2017 by Beth Thomas (pictured), Change 4 Growth offers change solutions and expertise to support large-scale business transformations involving people, process and technology. Its skill sets include re-engineering, learning and workforce development; culture alignment and engagement, including performance management and employee engagement; and executive coaching and leadership development.
ISG estimates that the demand for OCM services will grow at a compound annual rate of more than 15% over the next five years as companies continuously adapt to new technologies, new competitors and ever-changing market forces. evolution.
